Before setting up One to Three Claire worked in small and medium sized PR agencies.

Hazel is the newest associate to join the One to Three Team and will be working alongside Claire and Lisa on various projects. She has helped a variety of businesses with their communications throughout her 20 year career. From a magic circle law firm and a multi-national IT services business to a small but perfectly formed recruitment business, she has an instinctive ability to identify and act upon the key issues.
Hazel is a social media guru and a true advocate for digital marketing. She loves nothing more than developing the high-level strategy and then getting the opportunity to roll it out on a daily basis and is just as happy writing copy as she is producing on-brand visuals.
She empathises with colleagues at all levels and has a true belief that everyone has a critical role to play. She prides herself on her ability to cut through the corporate-speak to deliver ‘real’ and timely communications.
Millie Rust Clarke
Millie’s organisational abilities and communication skills have ensured her a highly successful career. Having worked within the Public (NHS) and Private sector ( Entertainment Industry) as an Executive Assistant and Business Manager she has enjoyed working with people, from different backgrounds and industries, and relished helping individuals reach their goals. Her experience, positive professional approach to delivering exceptional service and her passion for a challenge make her a valuable addition.
Maxine (or Max as she likes to be known!) has been providing client support and client services to companies and people for over 20 years. Having worked for a number of large organisations she decided to take her skills out into the world on her own! Having never turned back, she now works with a number of clients providing client support, VA functions and any other skills she can turn her hand too. No two days are the same for Max which reflects the bespoke offering and diverse client base she currently has!
Max is an avid (and very talented baker) and her general enthusiasm for getting the most out of life is evident from the moment you meet her – as it has often been heard ‘everyone needs a Max!’
Jill has been a VA now for just over 10 years, making the move from the corporate world to self-employment in 2009.
Over the last 10 years Jill has worked with some amazing people and companies, she loves being the “right hand” support for business owners and integrating into their business. Each working day is different as each client has very different niches.
Jill, in her spare time likes nothing more than getting her walking boots and getting outdoors. She also loves getting her nose into a good book.
